Imbalanced caused in the dosha is due to a sedentary lifestyle, nutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, seasonal change, toxins accumulation in the body, exposure to environmental toxins, etc.
Ayurvedic Diet Plan according to Dosha:
People with Vata Dosha are thin with smaller bones and do not gain weight easily. They face struggle with digestion.
Breakfast: You can have brown bread butter toast or fresh mashed avocado toast, sautéed veggies, rice porridge, rice milk porridge with dry fruits, date and almond shake or hot cereals oatmeal.
Lunch: Make it your big meal of the day by consuming lentils with cilantro, cucumber, and yogurt, Ayurvedic Khichari with crispy okra, butternut squash soup, or rice pasta with pesto sauce, pine nuts, cheese, and black olives.
Dinner: Keep the dinner light having baked sweet potato, veggie soup, steamed green beans or avocado rice.
Pitta people have a medium athletic build and can undergo problems like a heart condition, a digestive condition, hypertension, and infectious diseases.

Breakfast: Eat fresh fruits salad, baked apple or stewed fruit, rice or barley porridge, muesli with warm milk, honey milk, or rice milk with rye toast.
Lunch: In lunch, you can have red lentil or vegetable soup, Kitchari, steamed spinach with olive oil, pepper and lemon juice, or black beans with veggies.
Dinner: Keep dinner light with split pigeon pea lentil, quinoa, or red lentils with rice.
