It is an inflammatory disease with some of the common symptoms as nasal congestion, orofacial pain, thick nasal mucus, etc. The sufferer feels pain in the face with swelling as well as a cough, headache and a poor sense of smell. Keep yourself hydrated

According to Ayurveda, water is said to be the most important element for keeping one healthy and happy. There cannot be a better cure for sinus than keeping yourself hydrated. When a person is suffering from the problem of sinusitis, his/her sinuses (a set of organs or cavities that carry mucus) gets blocked and the drainage of mucus gets disrupted. The benefit of being hydrated is that water keeps the sinuses membranes moist instilling the flow of mucus from the blocked region.

To perform face steaming in the easiest way, boil half a liter of water and pour into a broad-mouth bowl. Lean towards the bowl to feel the heat of the boiled water.
