Moisturise- After bathing or washing the face, apply coconut oil or clarified butter because these are cooling in nature. If you have oily skin, then apply the chickpea flour mask to absorb the excess oil.
Exfoliate- Use sugar to scrub the skin, as sugar boosts skin cell renewal, retains moisture, has a cooling and rejuvenating effect on the skin. Mix sugar with rose water or lemon, or you can make almonds, oats and rose water scrub.

You can use fuller earth or chickpea flour for a face mask, or herbs like Amalaki, Khadir, Haridra, Sariva, Daruharidra, and Nardostachys Jatamansi for radiance and enhancing clarity. Add Aloe Vera to your regular beauty regime for balancing the ph level and for maintaining a healthy glow.
Full-Body Bath- Cleanse your body regularly by taking bath at least twice a day. Bathe in milk, add essential oils, neem leaves, rose water, etc., in the bath water.
Stay Hydrated- As mentioned, beauty comes from within. So drink water, coconut water, buttermilk, seasonal fruit juices at regular interval. You can also eat water-based fruits to remain hydrated.
